We used ricepapes and filled them with tofu and vegetable. You can use for the filling what you want. Here is only our variant of spring rolls.
Time: 30 Minutes
Amount: 12 Rolls
- 24 Rice papers/ 12 Rice Paprrs
- 1 PCK. Tofu
- 3 big champignons
- Soy sauce, pepper, paprika
- 2 carrots
- 2 spring onions
Cut the tofu in sticks and roast them with soysauce, pepper, paprika in a pan with oil. Then cut the champignons in sticks and add them in the pan. Wash the carrots and rub them. Cut the spring onions in slices and mix the champingons with the tofu, the carrots and the spring onions. Soak the rice papers in a deep plate. Remove them and fill them with the vegetables. Close the four sides. We used a second paper to keep it better. At the end roast them in a pan with oil and serve them if you like with peanut sauce.
