We have a very delicious noodle recipe for you. It’s so easy and healthy. You don’t need much time, too!
Ingredients for 4 person:
- 1 pack spaghetti
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200g champions
- 1 pack frozen spinach
- 200ml soy milk or soy cream
Give the Spaghetti in hot water.
Cut the onion and roast them with the garlic. When the onion is goldenbrown cut the champions in slices and add them to the pan. Add soy milk/-cream and mix in the spinach. Cover the pan with a lid and let it cooks till the spinach is defrosted.
Spice up with Salt and pepper and mix in the Spaghetti.
