Finally again a blog post😊 Sorry for our inactivity but enough of this. This post we devote a cake, the very delicious Snickers- cake.
I wouldn’t say that the cake is healthy but a little sin must be. And how can someone say that Vegans eat only grass in front of all this delicious food?
The cake starts with a crunchy biscuit base, followed by a layer of creamy caramel. Finally comes vegan chocolate, topped with roasted, salted peanuts. It is built like a Snickers, but vegan😁

Recipes: Snickers- Cake
For the biscuit base:
• 300g flour
• 200g margarine
• 30g sugar
• 2Pck. Vanilla- Sugar
• 30ml soymilk
• 5g baking powder
• Prise salt
For the caramel:
• 165g sugar
• 30g agave sirup
• 45g margarine
• 105g Soja Cousine
For the chocolate:
• 150g vegan, dark chocolate
• 1 handfull roasted salted peanuts
Preheat the oven to 200 °. Mix the dry ingredients of the biscuit base in a bowl and add the soy milk and margarine. Grease a round baking pan with margarine and press the dough into the mold. Using a fork, make a few holes in the dough and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Take the finished kitchen floor out of the oven and let it cool down. Put the ingredients for the caramel in a saucepan and heat them on a saucepan. Let the caramel simmer for about 10 minutes until it turns golden brown and then let it cool slightly.
Brush the cake base with the caramel and delay it with a few peanuts.
Heat a pot of water on the stove and boil a pot of chocolate until the chocolate melts. Put them over the caramel with the peanuts and sprinkle some peanuts over here as well. Let the cake cool.
