Do you know this Moment when you havn’t many time to cook healthy ? This is why i love one pot dishes🤗💕

For two servings you need:

  • 100g lenses
  • 5 champignons
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 5 potatoes
  • 250ml vegetable stock
  • 1pck. sieved tomatoes

Preparation:

Give all ingredients in a pot and let it simmer for ca. 15-20minutes.
