Lenses contain many Proteins and roughage and to that they are so delicious versatile used.


  • 120g carrots
  • 150g Lenses
  • 40g oats
  • 4 walnuts
  • soy sauce
  • Salt, pepper, paprika powder


Cook the lenses. Meanwhile puree the carrots.

When the lenses are finish puree them with the carrots, oats and  walnuts. Spice up with soy Sauce, salt, pepper and Paprika powder. Form to balls and bake them at 200°C for 20min.
