Vegan Goulasch

Here is a recipe for a delicious vegan Goulasch. It is not only simple with few ingredients but also fast. Useful if you haven’t got much time next to school, sports and sleeping. Nevertheless it is nutritious because potatoes, vegetables and tofu is a great combi.

Time: 35min (included cooking)

Amount: 3 portions



  • 4 great potatoes
  • 2 onions
  • 1Pck. Smoked tofu
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 100g Champignons
  • 1 pepper
  • 200g sieved tomatoes
  • 250ml water
  • Salt, pepper, herbs


Cut potatoes, vegetables and tofu. Cook the onions with the tofu and potatoes in a heated pan. Give zucchini and champignons to them. Pour water and sieved tomatoes in the pan and put pepper, salt, pepper and herbs in it. Mix some starch with water and mix it with the Goulasch. Then cook it 20min until the potatoes are cooked.
