Vegan fricassee

Hey dear Readers!

Maybe i am the only one, but I loved fricassee. This meal with chicken,peas and cream. It has always appeared perfect…Then I became vegetarian and it was a No-Go. I think we have never coked it again without meat.

But finally we wanted to try this. Thank you my brain😂.


  • 1 bag of Rice

for the frikasssee:

  • 1 onion
  • clove of garlic
  • 1/2 pack mushrooms
  • 1 pack seitan
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tin peas
  • 2 handful spinach
  • 400ml soy cream


  1. Cook the rice.
  2. Roast the onion with the garlic. Add the mushrooms and seitan and spice up with Herbst and soy sauce. Let it roast a little bit.
  3. Add the peas and spinach. Wait until the spinach shrunken and mix in soy cream.
  4. Serve with rice.
