Back from our trip and used the rest in our fridge for these delicious dumblings.
?? vegan dumplings
Amount: 5 portions
2 garlic cloves
1 block smoked tofu
Mix all ingredients of the dough and put it in the fridge.
Cut the onions and roast them with the garlic. When the onions are golden brown give the smoked tofu in it. Cut the zucchinis to thin stripes and give them with the broccoli in the pan.
Roll out the dough and cut in quadrangles. Lay some of the vegetable in the middle and close the dumplings. Press the fork over the edge. Roast the dumblings in a pan with oil.
