A Brussel sprouts- curry is a perfect meal in the winter, isn’t it?
In brussel sprouts are the vitamins C, E, B1, B2 and B6, also are minerals Like Iron, zinc, magnesium, chlorine, manganese, sulfur, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, copper, fluorine and iodine.
Vitamins like A, C and E and minerals like magnesium, calcium, calcium are included in sweet potatoes.

1 sweet potatoes
400g brussel sprouts
500ml coconut milk
400ml vegetable stock
Salt, pepper, currypowder
Cut sweet potatoes and onions and roast them in a pan with oil. Cook Brussel sprouts in a heated pot of water. Cut carrots and pepper and cook them in the pan. And pour vegetable stock and coconutmilk in the pan. Give Brussel sprouts and herbs in the curry. Cook it 20min with closed lid.
