For 5 big taler with mushroom filling:
•1/2 block smoked tofu
•1 clove of garlic
1. Cut the potatoes and cook them in salt water.
2. Roast the onions in oil. Press the garlic to the onions. Cut the mushrooms and the smoked tofu in small parts and give it in the pan.
3. When the potatoes are cooked stamp the potatoes and let them cool down.
4. Give flour in the mashed potatoes. Form this to taler and fill the mushrooms in.
5. Roast the taler golden brown.
