Peach mandarin torte

Dear readers!

This is our new torte creation. One baked pastry case, one pudding layer with some peach slides and tangerine slides. Then another baked pastry case. At last whipped cream with peach slides and tangerine slides. Our non vegan family loved it.

Ingredients for one flan case (you need 2x)

  • 225g flour
  • 130g sugar
  • 1 pack baking powder
  • 250ml soy milk
  • 6tbsp oil

Pudding layer:

  • 1 pack vanilla pudding powder
  • 500ml+5tbsp soy milk
  • 3tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 can peaches
  • 1/2 can mandarins

Ingredients for cream:

  • 2 packs vegan cream (Schlagfix)
  • (1 pack cream stiff)
  • 1/2 can peaches
  • 1/2 can mandarins

Preparation:

  1. For the dough mix all ingredients and bake it at 180° for 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the pudding powder with the 5tbsp soy milk and the sugar. Heat the 500ml soy milk. When the soy milk boils, switch of stove and stir the pudding powder in it.
  3. When the flan case is finish, let him cool down. Make the other flan case. Then take the finished flan case out of the form and distribute the pudding. Cut the peaches in slides and put them with the mandarins on the pudding.
  4. Mix the cream to whipped cream (you can put in cream stiff). Then put the cream in the fridge.
  5. Take the second flan case out of oven and let him cool down. Then put the case on the pudding and distribute the whipped cream. Put on it the remaining mandarins and peaches.
