Hey guys!

This recipe is easy, fast and you don’t need oil. So it’s low-calorie. A Dream for everyone who is on diet🤗.

Ingredients for 5-6 persons:

  • 1 onion
  • 1 big clove of garlic
  • 400g champions
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 handful spinach
  • 700ml vegetable stock
  • 300ml soy milk
  • some tomatoes
  • 1 – 1 1/2 cups rice
  • spices (salt, pepper, paprika powder, basil)



Cut the onion, champions, Zucchini and garlic and give it with the rice and vegetable stock in a pot. Heat on middle Level. Let it simmer and stir occasionally.

Then add the spinach and tomatoes. Spice up. When the rice is cooked take the pot from the heat and add the soy milk.
