During the week almost all of us have not enough time to cook costly. This is why we make meal prep and use short and easy recipes.
Rice pans are super easy and very delicious. You can even vary between ingredients. So you can use other vegetables and healthy fats like avocado and nuts.
We add burger patties because we had some left.
Ingredients for 2 people:
- 1 cup rice
- 2 onions
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 burger patty
- 1 zucchini
- 5 champions
Cook the Rice.
Meanwhile cut the onions and roast them with the garlic in a pan. Form the patty to rolls and add them with the champions and the Zucchini to the pan.
Add the rice and spice up with salt and pepper.
