The dumplings were a convenience food but the mushroom sauce went perfectly with it✨.

Recipe for 3 persons:

  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • handful of mushrooms
  • 400ml vegetable stock
  • 100ml soy milk
  • 1tbsp starch


For the tofu:

  • 1block tofu
  • 1tbsp tomato paste
  • 1tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp mustard
  • 4tbsp water



Cut the onion and garlic and saute them in oil. Add the mushroom.

Add the vegetable stock, the soy milk and starch. Spice up with salt, pepper, paprika powder.

Let it simmer for a moment.

Give the tomato paste, soy sauce, mustard and water in a bowl and mix them. Add the tofu.

Saute the marinated tofu in a pan.

Then add the tofu to the sauce.
