Vegan Tarte

Hello guys,

Here is a recipe for a great tarte but the recipe isn’t perfect. I think with some vegan sour cream (z.b. cream Vega) wother herbs would be easier to get down. And some juicy tomatoes would fit, too. The tofu is more tasteful if it is smoked tofu. Garlic can make good taste, too.



Time: 10min making+ 45min rest time+ 20min baking

Amount: 1 form= 12 pieces



Ingredients:

Dough:

  • 250g flour
  • 21g yeast
  • 1Teaspoon salt
  • 300ml water
  • 2Tablespoon olivesoil

On it:

  • 1 onion
  • 1Pck. Tofu+ salt, pepper
  • 1/2pck. Tk wild garlic


Preparing:

Mix all ingredients of the dough and let it rest for 45min covered. Then heat the oven on 200° and cut the onion and the tofu which is seasons with herbs and salt. Put them on the rolled out dough with the wild garlic and bake them 20min in the oven.
