Vegan pumpkincurry

Hello dear reader,

It’s autumn and pumpkin time. So we cook with a pumpkin a delicious curry.

Time: 30min+ 10min cooking

Amount: 3 Persons


  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 pumpkin
  • 500g potatoes
  • 300ml vegetable stock
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato mark
  • Curry, salt, pepper


Cut onions, garlic, potatoes, pumpkin and cook it in a pan. Mix vegetable stock powder with water and give it with tomato mark and salt, pepper and curry. Cook it 10min with closed lid.
